VertiGreen is a contemporary business center designed for Yaounde, Cameroon, envisioned as a hybrid between office architecture and an active urban landscape. The project is characterized by a sculptural vertical form articulated through textured façades and integrated greenery, allowing the building to operate as a living element within the city. Vegetation is woven into the architecture at multiple levels, contributing to thermal comfort while visually softening the mass and reinforcing the project’s environmental identity. The upper levels are conceived as shared destinations, hosting a rooftop common space that includes a restaurant and coffee shop, offering panoramic views over Yaoundé and encouraging social interaction beyond the workplace. At ground level, the building engages the urban fabric through transparency and public-oriented programs, reinforcing its role as a business hub. Through its vertical composition, landscape integration, and mixed-use rooftop amenities, VertiGreen proposes a forward-looking model for workplace architecture that combines productivity, sustainability, and urban life.
